    I love this product. Ashwagandha works all around. It has really helped me improve my athletic performance following an injury, and it also gives me an extra-boost of energy throughout the day!

    The taste is very bitter, but I've found it blends quite nicely with chocolate milk.

    The container is also resealable, which is nice.
