Order Processing

We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days of receipt of the order.  Please note that we are closed on weekends, so orders that are placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be received and processed until the following Monday. 

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments.
Orders and data transmission is secured and encrypted by GeoTrust. We do not store credit card information.

Shipping

If you are shipping to a PO Box, please note that it can take 10 business days or more to receive your shipment.

ORGANIC INDIA now offers two shipping options!

FedEx SmartPost - 6 to 12 business days

• All US orders up to $100: $7.00 shipping

FedEx Ground - 5 business days

• All US orders up to $100: $10 shipping

Free Shipping

• All US orders over $100 receive free shipping.

International

International shipping is now based on the total weight of your order. We ship all orders via USPS International.

• Any destination Customs and Duty charges must be paid by the customer and are not included in the shipping charge.
• ORGANIC INDIA USA is not responsible for any lost or damaged items on international shipping, and will not refund their cost.
• ORGANIC INDIA USA is not responsible for international customs rejection of any part of or the complete order.
• In case an order is returned to ORGANIC INDIA USA in re-stockable condition, we will refund the product cost only, we do not refund shipping costs.
