Winter blues aren’t all dreary! Mesmerizing in color, this smooth, dreamy blue majik mousse is a perfect palate cleanser while packing in some beautiful wellness benefits, too. Blue spirulina and our ORGANIC INDIA Joy! supplement combine with silken tofu, coconut milk, and a sprinkling of chia seeds into a creamy concoction that lifts the mood for fresh, uplifted inspiration.

Blue Majik Mousse with Uplifting Herbs

Serves 3

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (10-12 ounce) firm or extra firm silken tofu
  • ½ Cup full fat coconut milk
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ Cup pure maple syrup (or equivalent liquid stevia/other sweetener to taste)
  • 1 Teaspoon ORGANIC INDIA Joy!
  • 1 Teaspoon blue spirulina or 1 pack of BlueMajik E3Live powder 
  • To serve: fresh berries or other chopped fruits of choice, coconut whip 

Method: 

  1. Add tall to a high-speed blender. Begin blending on low, then gradually increase the speed to high and blend until smooth and creamy, approximately one minute. Pause to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  2. Pour into serving dishes, leaving space for toppings. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve topped with layers of berries or other fruits and coconut whip.
