Delicately sweet and grounded with subtle earthy notes, chamomile adds a soothing refinement everywhere it goes. Elevate cocktails, mocktails, lattes, and more with this simple syrup infused with our ORGANIC INDIA Tulsi Honey Chamomile tea. As the name suggests, simple syrup is quick and easy to make. Our version not only pulls back on the typical heavy sugars, but it also enhances that simplicity with lovely floral flavor and all the power of Tulsi brewed tea.

Traditionally, simple syrups use equal parts water and sugar. Here we’ve opted for granulated monkfruit sweetener for a sugar-free version or pure maple syrup for a refined sugar free alternative.  We’ve further scaled back on the amount of sweetener, letting the tastes of chamomile and tea shine all the stronger. While we think the resulting flavor is just perfect, the yields are thinner than typical, so feel free to adjust according to your preferences.

Contrary to what the name suggests, our Tulsi Honey Chamomile tea is vegan, using an organic honey-like essence that harmoniously marries Chamomile blossoms for its enchanting flavor and fragrance.  Paired with Tulsi, the calming sensations almost belie the potent support offered from the sacred adaptogenic herb. Revered in India for thousands of years, Tulsi (Holy Basil) is used to support the immune system and natural detoxification processes, aid in stress release, and more.

Add this simple syrup to cocktails, mocktails, and lattes. Enrich a cup of our ORGANIC INDIA Tea Chamomile Tea with an extra punch of chamomile, too. But there’s no need to restrict it to beverages. Drizzle a little over yogurt, pancakes, even porridge, and enjoy the taste or serenity.
