Chocolate Almond Smoothie with Ashwagandha
Per 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or plant milk of choice
- 1 overripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen
- ½ Cup frozen cauliflower florets
- A good handful (about ½ Cup) baby spinach leaves
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
- 1 ½ Tablespoons cacao powder
- ½ Teaspoon ORGANIC INDIA Ashwagandha
- A few drops almond extract
- Optional addends: cacao nibs, flaked dark chocolate, 1 Medjool date
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
