Green high fiber smoothie in a glass on a wood cutting board.

You’d never guess the secret in-green-dient in this super high-fiber smoothie! A beautiful medley of fruits and vegetables, plus our ORGANIC INDIA Psyllium Whole Husk Fiber, combine delightfully into a green power machine. Packed with goodness, this vibrant, creamy beverage delivers a host of benefits, not least a delicious boost to your daily fiber intake.

A vital component of a healthy diet, fiber promotes healthy digestion, smooth elimination, and more. In addition to increasing beneficial gut bacteria, a combination of soluble and insoluble fiber has been further associated with lower risk for cardiovascular and other diseases. Never treated with toxic pesticides or chemicals, our ORGANIC INDIA Psyllium Whole Husk Fiber is a source of both types of natural dietary fiber, making it an easy, trustworthy ally in achieving your fiber goals and feeling satisfied.

Broccoli might not be your first thought when it comes to smoothies, but frozen florets make for a wonderful, nutrient-rich addition. Tart green apple and pear lend natural sweetness in place of the usual banana, while a little avocado and fresh ginger bring creaminess and a burst of piquant flavor. We love apple juice in this refreshing powerhouse, but unsweetened plant milk or coconut water work great, too. No need to measure out ingredients–play around as you desire and reap the rewards!
