  • 1 Teaspoon orange zest½ of 1 large orange, peeled
  • 1 overripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  • ½ Cup unsweetened vanilla plant milk, or of choice
  • ⅓ Cup plain or vanilla coconut yogurt, or use Greek yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon ORGANIC INDIA Psyllium Pre & Probiotic Fiber Orange
