Torn between the alluring enticements of a refreshing iced tea and a smooth, creamy latte? This simple Sweet Rose Cold Foam is the answer. Our ORGANIC INDIA Tulsi Sweet Rose Assam Black tea delivers a robust, satisfying flavor that shimmers with light, floral notes. Topping with a velvety layer of subtly sweet, frothy whip elevates to a spring sensation that will have your taste buds dancing.

“Queen of Herbs” Tulsi is revered throughout India as a sacred herb infused with healing powers. Also known as Holy Basil, Tulsi has been used in Ayurvedic tradition for over 5,000 years for its stress-relieving and life-enhancing qualities. Our Sweet Rose Assam Black Tea harnesses the benefits of this potent, antioxidant-rich adaptogen while harmoniously blending in deep, flavorful herbs and blossoms that work together to uplift the body, mind, and spirit.

Sweet Rose Cold Foam Iced Tea Latte

Per 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups chilled, steeped ORGANIC INDIA Tulsi Sweet Rose Assam Black Tea
  • ½ Cup unsweetened extra creamy or barista-style oatmilk, full-fat coconut milk, or dairy-free creamer
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Teaspoons maple syrup
  • ⅛ Teaspoon beetroot powder, optional

Method:

  1. Prepare the rose cold foam: add oatmilk, extract, syrup, and beetroot powder if using it in a jar or bowl.
  2. If available, use a frother to whip until foamy and creamy. Alternatively, you can process on high in a blender or shake vigorously in a tightly lidded jar.
  3. Fill two serving glasses approximately ¾ with ice. Pour over chilled tea, top with the foam, and serve.

NOTES:

  • Milk. In place of heavy cream, we sub in oatmilk for this popular topper, but you can opt for full-fat coconut milk or a dairy-free creamer of your choice. Oat milk offers a lovely natural sweetness.
  • Sweetener. We find just a teaspoon of pure maple syrup and a splash of vanilla are the perfect enhancements, but feel free to sweeten to taste!
  • Optional touch. We also like to blend in a pinch of beetroot powder, optional, for a touch of pink prettiness.
  • Frother. Making cold foam at home is easy, and the results are a compelling call to be your own barista. A frother is ideal for whipping, but a high speed blender or immersion blender will work, too. Just start blending on low and progress steadily to the highest setting until producing the creamy luxuriousness you’re looking for. You can even achieve results by shaking vigorously in a jar!
