Sleep tea latte in a floral teacup on wooden table with tea bag.

Increased energy, replenished muscles, reduced stress, a healthier heart, and more–the benefits of sleep can’t be underestimated. After busy days leaving much on our minds though, setting up for a good night’s slumber can be more easily said than done. When you’re ready to relax and unwind, this lovely Lavender Sleep Tea Latte is just the simple soother you need. Made with our unique ORGANIC INDIA Sleep Tea, all it takes is a few minutes to steep and sip, for sleep.

Also known as “The Queen of Herbs”, powerful adaptogenic herb Tulsi (Holy Basil) has been used in India for over 5,000 years to aid in stress relief, and to support the immune system and natural detoxification processes. Our unique ORGANIC INDIA Tulsi Sleep blend harnesses the power of Tulsi with stress-relieving Ashwagandha and Gotu Kola. For this easy latte, we like to add another element, steeping lavender leaves with our Sleep Tea infusion before topping with frothy warm plant milk. Go ahead and stir in a spoonful of agave, honey, or maple syrup, or keep it sugar-free. Alongside the flora notes of Lavender, Chamomile, Cardamom, and Peppermint lend delicate, soothing flavor and comfort to help ease you into sweet, restorative dreams.

  3. *Alternatively, use a whisk to whip until frothy, or add milk and tea to a blender and blend until foamy.
