Soothing Tea for Throat with Sage and Mint

Per 1 cup serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled water
  • 1 ORGANIC INDIA Immune Throat Tea Infusion
  • 3-4 fresh sage leaves
  • 3-4 1 fresh mint leaves
  • A good squeeze of fresh lemon juice (About ½ Tablespoon)
  • 1-2 Teaspoons honey, or to taste

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a simmer and add the ORGANIC INDIA Tulsi Immune Throat Tea bag, sage leaves, mint leaves, and lemon juice.
  2. Allow to steep a good 10-20 minutes, or to taste.
  3. Strain out the sage and mint leaves, pour into a mug, and sweeten to taste, stirring well.
  4. Serve hot.
