Chandrashoor: Garden Cress

“Chandrashoor” is the seed of the Garden Cress plant. With a peppery flavor, Garden Cress leaves are eaten in salads and ground into a pesto-like paste for breads. As a folk remedy, the entire plant is crushed and used to make infusions for coughs and colds.
