Apple Pie Smoothie – Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 organic Granny Smith apple
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 TBSP ORGANIC INDIA Whole Husk Psyllium
• 1 TBSP almond butter
• 1 tsp ORGANIC INDIA Ginger Root Powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon powder
QUICK TIP: Pour the almond milk into your blender prior to adding all of the other ingredients. This will allow for the smoothie to blend up nice and smooth.
