Coffee vs. Tea

I LOVE a coffee latte, but my adrenals and my stomach do not. For this reason, I like to treat my self to tea lattes at home. As a Natural Foods Chef, playing in the kitchen with healthy, quality ingredients is what I love to do.

DIY!

This latte incorporates nut milk; store-bought or home-made, whichever you prefer! Homemade nut milks are often thicker and richer in flavor. If you prefer to make your own but don't know where to start, follow this Tulsi Rose Almond Milk recipe!

Let's Breakdown the Benefits of this Latte

Thrive

ORGANIC INDIA's Thrive Wellness Infusion contains three powerful ingredients: Tulsi holy-basil, green tea, and ashwagandha. This infusion is all organic, offers balanced energy, and is a great alternative to coffee.
