If not, you may be left with some questions: What exactly are adaptogens? How do we incorporate them into our diet? And why am I so evangelical about including them into our lives? Here is a handy break-down on everything you need to know about the power of the mighty adaptogen.

What are adaptogenic herbs?

If you are feeling stressed out and find it difficult to calm down, perhaps it's time to turn to mother nature! Adaptogens help protect the body from physical, mental, emotional, biological, and environmental stressors.
